The Pashmina Genome Informatics Resource (PGIR) is a public repository of data on coding and non-coding genes, polymorphisms and maps studies in Pashmina goat. PIGR entries are highly cross-linked to each other, to literature citations and to entries in other databases, including the sequence databases, Pathway DB, GO DBs, and in-house developed transcriptome database.
The Pashmina Genome Informatics Resource (PGIR) also provides search and analysis tools to explore the data, enabling the discovery of functional relationships between sequence and gene products.
